Account Security

Accounts are protected by password hashing, two-factor authentication via OTP to your registered mobile number, and IP-based anomaly detection. If we detect an unusual login, we pause the account and alert you immediately.

Data Retention

We retain account and transaction records for the period required by applicable financial and gaming regulations in your jurisdiction. Once the retention period expires, records are deleted from our active systems within 30 days.
